Cook the filling Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and beef. Cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Let cool slightly.
Prepare the pastry Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles.
Fill Add beef mixture + cheese + green onions on one side of each rectangle.
Fold & seal Fold over, seal edges with a fork.
Brush Brush tops with egg wash for a shiny golden finish.
Bake Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
