Crispy Hot Honey Lemon Feta Chicken Tenders with Herb Crust
Ingredients
Chicken Tenders & Herb Crust
1 lb (450g) chicken tenders
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil (for pan-frying)
Hot Honey Lemon Feta Sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken tenders dry. Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken tenders for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
Step 4: Prepare Hot Honey Lemon Feta Sauce


In a small saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Warm over low heat for 1–2 minutes. Stir in crumbled feta cheese just before serving.
Step 5: Serve
Drizzle hot honey lemon feta sauce over crispy chicken tenders. Garnish with extra chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
